Something I never thought would happen has happened, a Garfield Movie is coming out!! You can watch the trailer for it here.

I'm almost as big of a Garfield fan as I am a Family Guy fan. I grew up with Garfield comics... I own all of the books, and I've seen all of the TV shows. So you can imagine how excited I was to see a Garfield Movie trailer posted on Apple Trailers.

Now, after watching the trailer... I'm a little concerned about a few things...
  1. Garfield's voice is done by Bill Murray! WTF!!?? The orignal voice for Garfield, Lorenzo Music, passed away in 2001. But why cast Bill Murray? I'm a fan of his, but he just can't pull a Garfield off!

  2. Jon Arbuckle is played by Breckin Meyer from Road Trip, and Liz the Veterinarian is played by Jennifer Love Hewitt. If you're familiar with the comics, these people don't look anything like the comic book characters did. I'm shocked at this casting.

  3. The animating of Garfield is done like that of Scooby Doo... and I never liked how Scooby Doo looked...

  4. From the trailer, it looks like Odie is a real dog. Why not do a CGI Odie as well?

After months and months and months of waiting, the Spiderman 2 movie trailer is now released!

The CG graphics of this movie look even better than the first. The CG Spiderman looks unbelievably realistic with perfect natural movement. And the Doc Oc character looks very realistic as well (As realistic as a guy with tentacles can look).

The trailer gives nothing about the story away, other than the fact that the main villian is Doc Oc. It mostly shows Spiderman cruising through the city. The trailer could have shown anything, and I'd still be pumped about this movie.

I just noticed a new trailer for The Polar Express over at Apple Movie Trailers.

I had never heard of the movie... but it's starring Tom Hanks, and the graphics look amazing - so much so that I didn't even realize it was CG until half a minute in.

Well, after being blown away by the Spiderman 2 movie trailer, I cruised on over to Apple Movies Trailers, and saw a new trailer for a movie I've never heard of before - The Chronicles of Riddick.

The trailer looks not too bad... futuristic with cool CG graphics... it kind of reminded me of the first time I saw the Matrix trailer. Half way through the trailer, you'll notice that the movie stars Vin Diesel. And at the end of the trailer, it shows a close up of Vin's eyes... it turns out that he's replaying his role of Riddick from Pitch Black. If you haven't figured it out, The Chronicles of Riddick is really Pitch Black 2.

I have no idea why they don't mention Pitch Black in the trailer... my guess is that the first movie had some negative feedback, and the movie producers are hoping that Vin alone will bring people in to see this film.

The new I, Robot trailer is out on Apple Tailers.

As clever as the teaser trailer was, it gave no idea as to what the movie was about. Now, this new trailer gives much more information... and I've gotta say that the movie looks better than I ever imagined!
