Wow I can't wait to see Batman Begins. Christian Bale will bring to this movie an intense contribution unseen by any other Batmans.(And I loved Michael Keaton). Also with Gary Oldman, and I am willing to bribe anyone to see this movie. I think they realized selling-out Batman was a mistake and by focusing this movie on "the story behind Batman" people will be drawn into the true magic behind this American Superhero.

The new Batman looks awesome!!! I too, love Christian Bale, and he will make an outstanding Bruce Wayne. I know a lot of people are sick of the recent comic book movie craze, but I beg you to hold that thought until after this new Batman movie comes out. It will truly go back to the beginnings of Bruce Wayne and Batman and make believers out of all of you again. Anyone who claims to be a true comic fan is going to love this movie, and Christian Bale could not be any more perfect for the part. Enjoy the movie, and if you haven't familiarized yourself with Christian Bale yet, go out and watch 'Equilibrium' and 'Reign Of Fire.'

I am so incredibly excited for this new Batman. I heard several months ago that Christian Bale (one of my all-time favorite actors) was going to be starrign in a new Batman movie. Better yet, he's sign on for up to three movies!!! Assuming the first one does well, which I am certain it will, we know that we could look forward to to more. Christian Bale has really impressed me with his acting ability. He's picked some very good and diverse roles like in 'American Psycho', 'The Machinist and 'Equilibrium'. I have to recommend 'Equilibrium' to anyone who enjoyed 'The Matrix' (at least the first one). I also want to point out that Christian Bale really puts himself into all of the characters that he plays, and I am really excited to see his portrayal of both Bruce Wayne and Batman (who are both completely different characters, mind you). In an interview with Christian, he had made the point that he really believes that Batman is the true person and that Bruce Wayne is the mask he hides behind. He also said that a few years ago, he would never have thought he'd ever play Batman, and now look where he is! This is going to be a culture shock to him because he really keeps to himself, especially when it comes to his personal life. He readily admits that he doesn't really like the press or the fame that comes with being an actor, so I hope he's preparing himself for being the talk of America with what I expect to be one of the most successful movies of the year.

I'm sorry, but George Clooney (even though I think he has talent as an actor) was really big for a couple of years because of 'ER' and that is the only reason he got the part of Batman. He does not fit the role AT ALL! But, to make a long story short, Christian Bale will be awesome as Bruce Wayne and as Batman. And I hope everyone will enjoy him in this movie and come to appreciate him as much as I do. I think this will be a huge break-out role for him, so I would like to go on record as being one of the people who loved him before he became huge!

This Batman will be the most successful comic book hero movie of all time. Christian Bale will be awesome in this role, and I really love the feel that I get from the previews of the movie. I think it will be really well done and bring something to the Batman world that no one ever thought imaginable. I love the dark feel, and I get goose bumps every time I watch the preview. This movie can't come out too soon. I know that I'll go see this movie in theatres AT LEAST 5 times!!! Aside from the first Batman movie, the previous Batman movies were too cheesy, and they wasted so many awesome villians. And even in the first movie, the Joker was almost a bigger character than Batman himself. I think the scarecrow will really bring this new movie to life. They totally destroyed the characters of Mr. Freeze and Bane having them be one of several villians in the movie. Each character could have been the main villian in any movie and they could have been written much better. I agree that any fan of the Batman comics will be very pleased with this new movie. Batman is by far the best superhero. He doesn't have any magical powers or abilities. He kicks ass just by being totally fit and studying different martial arts, which this movie will show. He has a lot of built up anger and he vents that by fighting crime. He could kick the ass of any other super hero out there, and I hope you will all agree with me after seeing this new, awesome movie.

After reading the above posts....this is going to make alot of people mad. First of all, I think this Batman movie is going to be a big dissapointment. Seeing the pictures of the new Batmobile, makes me want to puke. That thing is a monstrosity. As for the credits.....whoever casted Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman in a Batman movie, needs to be fired. Liam Neeson did a great job screwing up the last few Star Wars films, and he'll do the same to this one. And unless Tim Burton directs it (which he's not), I dont think I want to see this in the theaters. Joel Schumacher really screwed things up in the last 2 Batman films, by puting all that "neon" in it. Sorry folks, Batman is a dark character, needs to be in a dark film, lets hope this one fits the bill. I have loved the Batman character since I was a kid, and seeing Michael Keaton as Batman, was a real treat. He played the role perfectly. Maybe Christian Bale will make a peak performance in this film, but it will never compare to Keaton. I wont even mention Clooney or Kilmer, I have no more to vomit from looking at the new Batmobile. I might see the film in the theaters, and I might not. The big dissapointments for me are the Batmobile and the cast, maybe there will be good soundtrack to keep me in my seat.

I beg you to keep an open mind when it comes to this new Batman movie. I too have loved the comics my whole life...I collect them. I also love Christian Bale, and if you've seen "Equilibrium" I think you might be able to change your mind about him and see that he can make a REALLY good 'dark' Batman and Bruce Wayne. It sounds like you really want to keep the dark feel to this Batman movie, and I think you'll be happily surprised. This movie really looks like it will hold true to the comics and the darkness of the Batman character. The best thing about Christian Bale is that he really gets into his characters that he plays.
